Jim Ed Anderson

Jim Ed Anderson, age 69, of 620 Duncan Avenue, Unadilla, died Monday, December 10, 2007, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Pinehurst, he was the son of the late Joe Pitts Anderson and Jewell S. Johnson Anderson. He was a member of Unadilla United Methodist Church, the Good Fellowship Sunday School Class, the Board of Stewards and served in numerous other capacities. Jim Ed retired from Robins Air Force Base where he was a Production Controller.
Survivors include:
Wife: Polly Anderson of Unadilla
Daughter: Pam Bonner of Millers Creek, NC
Son: Jim Ed Anderson, Jr. (Doria) of Powder Springs
Grandchildren: Jim Ed Anderson, III, Kimberly England, Heather Owens, Shea Bonner and Caitlin Bonner.
Great Grandchildren: Gauge Owens, Taylor Owens, Cody England and Brianna England.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 13 in Pinehurst City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 7 - 8 PM Wednesday, December 12 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Unadilla UMC, c/o Christine Collins, 9365 Third District Road, Unadilla, GA 31091 or the donor's favorite charity.
