Janet Ann (Royal) Wanger

Janet Ann Wanger, age 56, of 906 Rood Street, Albany, died Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Willson Hospice House in Albany.

She was born in Wauchula, Florida on August 10, 1966 to George and Gloria Edge Royal and worked as a waitress.  She loved life and people and never met a stranger.  One of her favorite things to do was browsing flea markets but more than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: Husband, Dean Wanger of Albany

Daughter:  Erica Reehal of Lilly

Sons: Roger Reehal of Las Vegas, NV Eric Reehal (Sandy) of Albany

Parents:  George and Gloria Royal of Lilly

Brothers: Edward Royal (Elizabeth) of Monticello, FL Bobby Royal of Lilly

Grandchildren:  Daveion Cobb, Braylen Bass, Eriah Reehal and Raulito Ramirez

Nephew:  Nathan Royal of South Korea

Special Cousin:  Glenda Rivera

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, April 24 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home.  The family will gather for a private committal service in Lilly City Cemetery later.

Visitation and viewing will be 4 - 6 PM Sunday, April 23 at the funeral home.
