James L. Cross

James L. Cross, age 64, of 414 Pinecrest Drive, Vienna, died Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Crisp Regional Nursing & Rehab in Cordele.

Born in Dalton, he was the son of the late Isam Lewis and Flossy Marie Cross.  He was a member of Richwood Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Harriett Powell Cross.

Survivors include: Brother:  Gene Cross (Kathy) of Dalton

Nephew:  Isiah Walker of Vienna

Nieces: Jennifer Trice of Cordele Whitney Kennedy of Seville

Several great nieces and great nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 10 in Vienna City Cemetery with Rev. Billy Priest officiating.

The family will greet friends 5 - 7 pm Thursday, February 9 at the funeral home.
