Jack Russell Summers

Jack Summers, age 77, of 316 Andrews Street, Vienna, died Wednesday, March 12, 2003, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Dooly County, he was the son of the late Harmon Summers and Lillie Turner Summers. He served as a MP in the US Army following World War II and was a member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the Paralyzed Veterans of America. He formerly attended Richwood Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Summers and a brother, Harold Summers.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, March 14 in Vienna City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 PM Thursday, March 13 at the funeral home.
