Jack L. "J. L." Lawrence, Jr., age 49, of Ellaville, died Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at his residence.

Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Jack L. Lawrence and Lottie Potivent Lawrence. He built modular homes.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 10 in Desoto United Methodist Church Cemetery in DeSoto.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Friday, January 9 at the funeral home.
