Henry H. Woodward, age 99, of 211 North Sixth Street, Vienna, died Thursday, September 20, 2012, at his residence.
Born in Vienna, he was the son of the late Lucious L. Woodward and Mary Fenn Woodward. He retired from Buff-Morgan Chevrolet where he was a bookkeeper. Mr. Woodward was a member of Vienna United Methodist Church and an honorary member of the James Thomas Woodward Camp of the Sons of Confederate Veterans in Warner Robins. An avid golfer, he served on the board of directors of Pine Hills Country Club. Mr. Woodward set the course record there and made 7 holes-in-one throughout the years he played.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Chevis Woodward and his daughter, Jane W. Turner.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Monday, September 24 in Vienna United Methodist Church with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Sunday, September 23 at the funeral home.
