Henry W. Bumpus

Henry W. Bumpus, age 85, of Route 3 Cochran, died Thursday, September 4, 2003, at his residence.
Born in Franklin County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Alfred DeLon Bumpus, II, and Sally Thompson Bumpus. He was a US Army veteran of WWII, retired from Robins Air Force Base and a member of First United Methodist Church of Cochran.
Survivors include:
Wife: Christine B. Bumpus of Cochran
Step Son: Don Jarzynka of Bonaire
Sister: Ola Mae Brannen of Unadilla
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 6 at First United Methodist Church of Cochran. Interment will follow in Bethany Cememtery.
The family will greet friends from 7 - 9 PM Friday, September 5 at Fisher Funeral Home in Cochran.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla has charge of arrangements.
