Helen D. "Doot" Nastally, age 79, of 102 Brook Highland Cove, Birmingham, Alabama, died Thursday, June 30, 2011, at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham.
Born in Perry, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Davis and Helen Bloodworth Davis. She was a registered nurse and retired from Pinewood Manor Nursing Home in Hawkinsville. Mrs. Nastally was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Acadia, Florida. She was a loving mother and a good friend to all.

Daughter: Delaney Conlee of Warner Robins
Grandchild: Darcie Evans of Birmingham, AL
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Furman Evans and David Nastally.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Tuesday, July 5 at Broad Street Baptist Church in Hawkinsville. Interment will be private.
The family will greet friends from 1 -2 PM Tuesday in the church fellowship hall.
