Hazel H. Moore, age 86, of Pinehurst, died Monday, January 10, 2005, in an Americus hospital.
Born in Heard County, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Reese Hawk and Josephine McDowell Hawk. She was a homemaker, a member of Snow United Methodist Church and the widow of Paul Moore.
Survivors include:
Daughters: Betty Jean Collins of Perry
Claire Gordon of Albany
Paula Newman of Macon
Son: Lenwood W. Moore of Kathleen
Grandchildren: 8
Great Grandchildren: 7
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 12 in Pinehurst City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to League of the Good Samaritan, c/o Magnolia Manor 2001 South Lee Street Americus, GA 31709.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla has charge of arrangements.
