Harley B. Wilson, Iii

Harley Bradford Wilson, III, age 81, of 194 Pierce Avenue, Macon, died Thursday, January 10, 2019, at Regency Hospital in Macon.

Born in Cordele, he was the son of the late Harley B. Wilson, Jr. and Mary Ann Musselwhite Wilson and a graduate of Cordele High School.  Mr. Wilson served his country in the United States Navy and later worked as a security guard.  He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

He is survived by his nephews, Michael Shurley of Vienna and Edward Shurley of Vienna.  Several great nephews and cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Reaves Wilson.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, January 20 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna. Rev. Larry Wilbanks will officiate.

The family will greet friends at 1:30 PM prior to the service.
