Gina "Gina-Bug" Causey, age 25, of 100 Ashley Drive, Perry, died Monday, May 31, 2010, at her residence.
Gina was born in Bibb County on December 12, 1984 and resided in Perry most of her life. She was a 2004 graduate of Perry High School and a member of Second Memorial Baptist Church. Gina loved working with children and was a volunteer at Perry Primary Family Literacy Center, where all the children adored her. She was sweet-natured and always saw the good in everyone. She loved music, watching wrestling on television and texting her friends. Gina was a avid sports fan and cheered for the Boston Celtics, UGA and was the Atlanta Falcons number 1 fan.
Gina endured many physical difficulties throughout her life, but she maintained a positive outlook and often assured her family that "the Lord is taking care of me."

Her grandfather, P. Smith Dennard, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Thursday, June 3 in Cross Point Baptist Church in Perry with interment following in Perry Memorial Gardens.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, June 2 at the funeral home or may be contacted at 106 Hay Road, Perry.
