Gene William Johnson

Gene W. Johnson, age 57, of 22185 South Oaks Road, Byromville, died Monday, April 14, 2014.

Gene was born in Vienna to Gladys A. Johnson and the late Jessie Ray "Bud" Johnson. He was a carpenter.

Mother: Gladys A. Johnson of Byromville

Sisters:
Dorothy A. Lester (Bill) of Byromville
Gwen J. Free (Chip) of Elko

Brothers:
Jackie Ray Johnson (Tracy) of Byromville
Richard Lewis "Ricky" Johnson (Linda) of Oglethorpe

Grandson: William Preston Wilkes of Bossier City, LA

Former wife: Angela Elaine Jimes of Shreveport, LA

He is also survived by his beloved dog, Rocky.

Graveside services will be at 3 PM Thursday, April 17 at Johnson Cemetery near Byromville.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 Wednesday, April 16 at the funeral home.
