Frances R. Evans

Frances R. Evans, age 84, of 11080 Highway 230 West, Unadilla, died Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her daughter's home in Pinehurst.

Born in Houston County, she was the daughter of the late W. L. Rackley and Annie Watson Rackley. She was a homemaker and the widow of John F. Evans. Mrs. Evans loved the Lord and was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Unadilla. She also loved fishing and was a supporter of Fullington Academy athletics and was named "Fan of the Year" in 1991.

Funeral services will be at 3 PM Monday, October 12 in First Baptist Church of Unadilla with interment in Walnut Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6:30 - 8:30 PM Sunday, October 11 at the funeral home.
