Faye J. Hobbs

Faye J. Hobbs, age 89, of 2645 Highway 90, Rebecca, died Monday, April 26, 2010, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.

Born in Brooks County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Jones and Ida Bell Turner Jones. She was a former resident of Vienna, a member of Smyrna Baptist Church, the Dorcas Sunday School Class and the WMU. Mrs. Hobbs worked as a LPN and was the widow of Curtis H. Hobbs.

Survivors include:
Daughters: Karyn Reed (Don) of Rebecca
Debbie Walls of Cordele

Son: Carl Hobbs (Sheila) of Ashburn

Grandchildren: 9

Great Grandchildren: 8

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, April 29 in Smyrna Baptist Church with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 7 - 9 PM Wednesday, April 28 at the funeral home.
