Evelyn P. Garrett, age 86, of 704 22nd Avenue East, Cordele, died Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Pitts, she was the daughter of the late William and Fannie Lee Phillips. She and her husband operated the Super Test Oil Service Station in Cordele for many years.
Survivors include:
Husband: Jack Garrett of Cordele
Grandchildren:
Phillip Warren (Tammy)
Matthew Warren (Renee)
Great Grandchildren:
Emilyn Warren, Jacob Warren, Ava Warren and Daniel Warren
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Harrison Warren.
Graveside services will be at 4 PM Monday, June 9 at Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele.
