Elsie R. Free

Elsie R. Free, age 94, of 410 East Union Street, Vienna, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.

Born in Lilly, she was the daughter of the late Pate S. Rowland and Mindie Margaret Lane Rowland. She was a member of Vienna United Methodist Church, the Fellowship Sunday School Class and was honored for 48 years of perfect attendance in Sunday School. Mrs. Free worked as a clerk at Dooly County High School and was a member of Dooly Medical Center Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde C. Free and her son, Ben Free.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM Friday, November 30 in Vienna United Methodist Church with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Thursday, November 29 at the funeral home.
