Born in Pensacola, Florida, he was the son of the late Edwin W. Richardson and Lillian Rader Richardson.

Daughter: Simone Foxe
Step-Son: Robert Ingebretson, Jr.
Step-Daughter: Tania Whitfield

Mary Sue Rumbaugh
Grandchildren: Several
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Dr. Robert C. Peters and his brother, Edwin Wilson Richardson.
