Donnie Lee McDowell, age 48, of 209 Grovania Road, Elko, died Monday, June 27, 2016, at Eastman Health Care & Rehab in Eastman.
He was born in Hawkinsville, attended Grovania Community Church and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include:
Parents: Willie Ed and Mary Ann McDowell of Elko
Sister: Kathy Marie Etheridge of Elko
Brothers:
Jimmy Ray McDowell (Kitty) of Unadilla
Ronnie McDowell (Del) of Elko
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Friday, July 1 in First Baptist Church of Haynesville with interment following in the church cemetery.
The family will greet friends in the church foyer 9 - 10:45 AM Friday, July 1.
The family requests that donations be made to the family to help with expenses incurred during Donnie's recent illness.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla has charge of arrangements.
