Donald M. Carpenter, age 54, of Vienna, died Sunday, February 13, 2005, in a local hospital.
Born in Orlando, Florida, he was the son of the late Matthew Carpenter, a member of Seville Baptist Church and retired as a dispatcher with the Woodbury Police Department,

Wife: Mattie Carpenter of Vienna
Daughter: Tonya Carpenter Tomberlin of Cordele
Son: Preston Carpenter of Vienna
Mother: Elma Carpenter of Vienna
Sister: Patsy Martinez of Ridley, CA
Brothers: Robert Carpenter of Warwick
Billy Carpenter of Vienna
Robert Phillips of Camilla
Grandchildren: 5
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 16 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna. Mr. Neil Joiner will officiate and interment will be private.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Tuesday, February 15 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association, c/o Betty Warbington 3200 Tippettville Roade, Vienna, GA 31092.
