Dennis H. Helms, age 74, of 3491 Pinehurst-Byromville Highway, Pinehurst, died Sunday, January 20, 2013, at his residence.
Born in Unadilla, he was the son of the late Monroe Helms and Mable Cross Helms. He retired from Blue Bird and was a Mason and a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.
Survivors include:
Wife: Myrtle D. Helms of Pinehurst
Daughter: Lisa Kilgore (James) of Pinehurst
Son: Terry Helms of Pinehurst
Brother: Bobby Helms of Centerville
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Tuesday, January 22 in Pinehurst Baptist Church with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Monday, January 21 at the funeral home.
