David Williams

David Williams, age 65, of 1720 Williams Road, Unadilla, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at his residence.

Born in Hawkinsville, he was the son of the late Hubert Green Williams and Dorothy Dunaway Williams.  He was a member of Double Branch Free Will Baptist Church and retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation.  David was a loving and generous man and truly loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He enjoyed gardening and working puzzles.

Survivors include: Son:  Wade Williams of Unadilla

Daughter:  Dawn Williams of Unadilla

Brother:  Arnold Williams of Perry

Grandchildren: William Bateman, Tommy Bateman and Mandi Bateman

Former Wife:  Marilyn Holliday of Unadilla

Funeral services will be at 11 AM Saturday, September 15 in Double Branch Free Will Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6- 8 PM Friday, September 14 at the funeral home.
