Clint Thompson

Clinton B. "Clint" Thompson, Jr. age 68, of 3880 Nellieville Road, Pinehurst, died Monday, April 20, 2026, at his residence.

Born in Montezuma, he was the son of the late Clinton B. Thompson and Louise Edge Thompson.  Clint was a farmer and also worked at Robins Air Force Base where he retired as a hydraulic technician.  He had a great love of animals, especially his dog, Goose and was known for his ability to just about tame any of them.  He was a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Larista F. Thompson of Pinehurst; his son, Cole Thompson (Allison) of Pinehurst; his sister, June T. Allen (Larry) of Juliette; his mother and step-father-in-law, Dr. Bob and Jean Latimer of Perry.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Carlton Farmer.

Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Thursday, April 23 in Pinehurst Baptist Church with interment in Roberts Cemetery.
