Claudia Mercer, age 86, of 311 Ivy Street, Unadilla, died Saturday, January 3, 2004 in Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Houston County, she was the daughter of the late Gardner K. Walton and Tabitha Worsham Walton. She attendeded First Baptist Church of Unadilla and was a homemaker. She was the widow of John A. Mercer and was preceded in death by her son, Bill Mercer.

Grandson: Kenneth William Mercer of Unadilla
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, January 6 in Walnut Cemetery in Unadilla. Dr. Bob Murphy will officiate.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Monday, January 5 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Unadilla, PO Box 250 Unadilla, GA 31091.
