Claude W. Bowen

Claude W. Bowen, age 88, of Pinehurst, died Friday, January 28, 2005, at Leisure Life in Unadilla.

Born in Dooly County, he was the son of the late Oscar E. Bowen and Annie Porter Bowen. He was a retired farmer, a member of Liberty Baptist Church and the Mens Sunday School Class. He was a member of Millwood Masonic Lodge #198 and was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Joiner Bowen.

Laverne Bowen of Pinehurst

Brother: Charles Bowen of Pinehurst

Grandchildren: Wayne Wiley (Gina) of Hawkinsville

Carson Wiley
Gracen Wiley

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 30 in Liberty Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 5 - 7 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
