Christine J. (Joiner) Allen

Christine J. "Tiny" Allen, age 94, died Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Magnolia Manor in Americus.

Born in Vienna, she was the daughter of the late Walter Lucious Joiner and Salie Lou Bush Joiner.  Tiny was a homemaker and a member of Vienna First Baptist Church.  She was a lifelong resident of Dooly County but had resided at Magnolia Manor the past few years.

Survivors include: Daughter:  Carol Williams (Ray) of Cordele

Grandchildren:  6

Great Grandchildren:  11

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar L. Allen and her sons, Michael Allen and Rodney Allen.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Monday, May 9 in Vienna City Cemetery with Rev. Matt Stephens officiating.

The family will greet friends at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 9 AM Monday, May 9.
