Christine G. Collins

Christine G. Collins, age 85, of 9365 Third District Road, Unadilla, died Friday, May 10, 2013, at Leisure Life in Unadilla.

Born in Griffin, she was the daughter of the late James Carlton Goodson and Myrtice Idell Coleman Goodson. She was a member of Unadilla United Methodist Church for over 50 years and was a member of the Mary Murray Sunday School Class and the UMW. Mrs. Collins also served as chairperson of the outreach and tape ministries. She was a homemaker and the widow of Wendell Collins.

Great Grandchildren: Caitlin Duffie, Ansley Duffie, Owen Kessinger and Weslynn Chadwell

Funeral services will be at 4 PM Sunday, May 12 in Unadilla United Methodist Church. Rev. Don Combs and Rev. Gary Boyles will officiate and interment will follow in Walnut Cemetery.

The family will greet friends at the church 2 - 3:30 PM Sunday, May 12.
