Christine Busse, age 64, of 24 Coody Dairy Road, Vienna, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at her residence.
Christine was born in Woodruff, South Carolina to the late William Boroughs Bolt and Doris McKee Bolt. A retired school teacher, she taught in South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky and Alabama. She was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church and the Gideons Auxiliary.
Survivors include:

Daughter: Lori Hinsey of Rochelle
Son: Vince Mathis of Greer, SC
Mother: Doris Bolt of Laurens, SC
Sisters:
Anne Edge of Taylors, SC
Harriet Lappin of Easley, SC
Brother: Bill Bolt of Atlanta
Grandchildren: Loren Storm Hinsey, Parker Mathis, Owen Mathis and Jasper Mathis
Nieces and Nephews: Casey Edge, Cory Edge, Will Bolt, Daniel Bolt, Zach Lappin and Chelsea Lappin
She was preceded in death by her nephew, Travis Edge.
Memorial services will be at 11 AM Saturday, July 28 in Smyrna Baptist Church with Rev. Doug James officiating.
The family will greet friends following the service and may be contacted at the residence, 24 Coody Dairy Road, Vienna.
