Chelsea L. Vaughan

Chelsea Leigh Vaughan, age 33, of 9365 Third District Road, Unadilla, died Friday, February 9, 2018, at her residence.

Born in Holliday, Florida, she was the daughter of Connie Vaughan and the late James S. "Sonny" Vaughan.  Chelsea grew up in Vienna and attended Drayton Baptist  Church.  She graduated from Crisp County High School and was active in community programs.  Chelsea had a smile that lit the room up.  To know Chelsea was to love her.  She loved life to the fullest and kept everyone smiling.  She beat the odds in life and never met a stranger.  Chelsea loved spending time with her family and keeping up with her mother's paperwork.  She was an extraordinary daughter, sister and aunt who loved playing with and caring for all her nieces and nephews.  She will live forever in our hearts.

Sisters: Caitlin Mixon (Vince) of Vienna Cori Miller (Kyle) of Cordele

Brothers: Cody Vaughan (Amy) of Cordele Casey Vaughan of Americus

Aunt:  Laurie Davis (Tim) of Wake Forest, NC

Nieces and Nephews:  James Vaughan, Jeremy Vaughan, Jackson Vaughan, Taylor Allen, Dawson Allen, Abigail Mixon, Kiley Arflin and Kaylen Miller

A memorial service will be held at 4 PM Thursday, February 15 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla.  Rev. Richard Chalk will officiate.
