Charles K. Gordon, age 67, of Rochelle, died Thursday, November 11, 2004, in Americus, Georgia.
Born in Uvalda, he was the son of the late Harvey Truman Gordon and Voila Mullis Gordon. He was a US Marine Corps veteran, a gas truck driver and attended Tabernacle Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Bo Gordon, a son-in-law, Keith Stewart and a sister, Lou Hazel Gordon.
Survivors include:
Daughter: Kim Grantham (David) of Vienna
Son: Chuck Gordon (Kay) of Vienna
Sister: Goldie Holt of Lawton, OK
Brothers: Harvey Gordon (Vera) of Warner Robins
Jerry Mullis Gordon (Sandy) of Warner Robins
Grandchildren: Courtney Gordon, Kyndal Gordon and Chas Stewart
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 14 in Liberty Baptist Church with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 8 PM Saturday, November 13 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
