Charles W. Collins, Jr

Charles W. Collins, Jr., age 70 of 84 Posey Road, Unadilla, died Monday, November 16, 2015, at Merrit Health Hospital in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Born in Montezuma, he was the son of the late Wendell Collins and Christine Goodson Collins. Charles taught school in Houston County for 31 years and then worked as a mail carrier in Dooly County. He was a longtime member of Unadilla United Methodist Church where he taught the Good Fellowship Sunday School Class. He was a perpetual member of Millwood Masonic Lodge # 198 and was a member of Al Sihah Shrine Center. Charles was a dedicated family man, educator and Mason.

Wife: Kaye H. Collins of Unadilla
Daughters:
Christy Duffie (Josh) of Jonesboro
Carol Kessinger (Luke) of Byron
Brother: Ted Collins (Charlene) of Bonaire
Grandchildren: Caitlin Duffie, Ansley Duffie and Owen Kessinger
Funeral services will be at 3 PM Thursday, November 19 in Unadilla United Methodist Church with interment in Walnut Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, November 18 at the funeral home.
