Carol B. Bailey, age 87, of 415 South Seventh Street, Vienna, died Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late William Loam Brown and Emma Bessie Lemon. She was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church and retired from Bailey Farm Supply where she was a bookkeeper.
Survivors include:
Grandchildren: Marshall Bailey (Julie) of Dublin
Myles Bailey (Sherri) of Vienna
Lisa Bailey of Kennesaw
Stephen Bailey of Kennesaw
Great Grandchildren: 6
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Bailey and by her sons, Curtis Bailey and Robert Bailey.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 14 at Lupo Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6 - 7 PM Thursday, July 13 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Liberty Baptist Church, c/o Charles Bowen, 2304 Findlay Road, Pinehurst, GA 31070 or to Smyrna Baptist Church, PO Box 382 Vienna, GA 31092.
