Carla C. Hunter, age 71, of 12785 Highway 230 West, Unadilla, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at her residence.
Born in Unadilla, she was the daughter of the late Dewitt Clewis and Sally King Clewis. Carla attended ABAC and the University of Georgia. She was a former teacher in the Cobb County School System and a member of Fort Valley United Methodist Church and the Woman's Club of Fort Valley. Carla enjoyed gardening and antiquing.

Husband: John Hunter of Unadilla
Daughter: Helen Hunter of Fort Valley
Grandchildren: Kierstin Sturn and Cameron Hunter
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, March 14 in Snow Cemetery.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Wednesday, March 13 at the funeral home.
Memorial gifts may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201.
