Bo Jones

Marvin C. "Bo" Jones, age 85, of 3360 Highway 41 South, Elko, died Saturday, February 11, 2023 at his daughter's residence.

Born in Elko, he was the son of the late Curtis Jones and Louise Lindsey Jones.  Bo was a member of County Line Baptist Church, retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation and loved playing softball.  He was preceded in death by his son, Mickey Jones and his wife, Dorothy Rigsby Jones.

Survivors incldue: Daughter:  Sue Burkett (Mike) of Elko

Sons: Ronnie Jones (Jan) of Unadilla Jerry Jones of Elko Tim Jones (Wanda) of Elko

Sisters: Inez Gray Taylor of Elko Juanita Sledge of Perry Helen Nobles of Centerville

Brothers: Russell Jones (Linda) of Unadilla Dennis Jones (Brenda) of Unadilla

Grandchildren:  7

Great Grandchildren:  4

The family will have a memorial service at 4 PM Sunday, February 19 in County Line Baptist Church and will greet friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 3:15 PM.  Interment will be private.
