Bill F. Tanner, age 68, 104 Matt Drive, Macon, Georgia, died Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at his residence.
Mr. Tanner was born in Washington County, Georgia, and was the son of the late Inman G. Tanner and Jennie Mae Hodges Tanner. He retired from civil service and was married to the former Faye Williams of Dooly County.

Daughter: Donna T. Barlow (William) of Macon
Son: Mikell Tanner (Melody) of Holly Springs, NC
Brother: Louie Tanner of Lake Blackshear
Sister: Claire Sheppard of Sandersville
Grandchildren: Cassidy Ann Tanner

Funeral services and interment will be held in Statesboro, Georgia, on Friday, August 25 under the direction of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home of Statesboro.
