Billy Joe Parker

Billy Joe Parker, age 78, of 833 Second Street, Unadilla, died Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at his residence.

Born in Perry, he was the son of the late Tom Parker and Susie Goins Parker.  He had worked at Borum Service Center as a mechanic.  Billy Joe loved hunting, fishing and gardening.

Survivors include: Daughters: Elaine Parker of Unadilla Lori Parker of Perry

Brothers: Herman Parker of Unadilla Carl Parker of Americus

Sisters: Wanda Goodroe of Unadilla Barbara Francis of Perry

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Clyde Parker, Myrtle Peavy, Lorraine Sanders, Ruth Peavy and Robert Parker.

No visitation or services will be held.

The family suggests a memorial gifts to the Alzheimer's Association, 3040 Riverside Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210.
