Benny C. Taylor, age 75, of 2801 Elko Road, Elko, died Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.
Born in Alma, he was the son of the late Elisha Staton Taylor and Clevon Tanner Taylor. Benny retired from ABS Farms. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and barrel racing and was a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan. More than anything else, Benny was a family man who loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He was a member of Elko Baptist Church.

Step-Daughters: Amanda Gibson (Bruce) of Henderson Melinda Collins of Hawkinsville

Sister-in-law: Dot Taylor of Alma
Grandchildren: Breanna Brown (Kaleb) of Hazlehurst Taylor Wade (Hamp) of Richmond Hill Ava Mullis of Macon Olivia Hughes of Hawkinsville
Great Grandchildren: 5
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Clifton Taylor, Burtis Taylor and Wilma Taylor Thornton
A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, December 16 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Holcomb officiating.
The family will greet friends beginning one hour prior to the service.
