Athlene White, age 80, of Pinehurst, died Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.
Born in Dooly County, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie W. White and Jessie Irene Gettys White. She was a member of Penia Baptist Church in Cordele, a self-employed caregiver and the widow of Frank Thomas White.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 1 in Vienna City Cemetery. Rev. Ray Burnette will officiate.
