Anne F. Leaptrot, age 84, of Byromville, died Monday, October 6, 2003, in a Byromville nursing home.
Born in Hawkinsville, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Pate Fleming and Carolyn Johnson Fleming. She was a former ballet and tap dancing instructor, a homemaker and the widow of William A. Leaptrot. She lived in Pinehurst most of her life.
Survivors include:
Daughter: MaryAnne Batchelor (Charles) of Midlothian, VA
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 8 in Pinehurst City Cemetery. Dr. Gary Abbott will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pinehurst United Methodist Church, c/o Jeanelle Dupree, PO Box 162, Pinehurst, GA 31070, or to Pinehurst Baptist Church, c/o Betty Maples, PO Box 72, Pinehurst, GA 31070.
The family will greet friends from 1 - 2:30 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
