Alvarez P. (Peavy) Hudson

Alvarez P. Hudson, age 101, of Unadilla, died Thursday, December 26, 2019, at Autumn Terrace in Perry.

Born in Unadilla, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Brantley Peavy and Annie Hamilton Shivers Peavy.  She was a member of Snow United Methodist Church and a homemaker.  Mrs. Hudson loved her Lord, her family, her church and her friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Vaude Hudson, her daughter, Patricia Carol Hudson and her son-in-law, Charles Collins.

Survivors include: Daughter:  Kaye Collins of Unadilla

Son:  Terrell Hudson (Alice) of Unadilla

Grandchildren: Leigh Ann Green (Eddie) of Unadilla Sara Waters (Peanut) of Hazlehurst Christy Duffie (Josh) of Meansville Carol Kessinger (Luke) of Byron

Great Grandchildren:  7

Great Great Grandchildren:  2

Funeral services will be at 10 AM Saturday, December 28 in Snow United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 pm Friday, December 27 at the funeral home or may be contacted at the Green residence, 114 Hudson Corner Road, Unadilla.
