Alice D. Patton, age 70, of 975 Indian Boundary Road, Pinehurst, died Friday, March 7, 2014, at her residence.
Born in Pinehurst, she was the daughter of the late L. J. Dupree and Lida Davis Dupree. She was a member of Pinehurst Baptist Church and served as the Deputy Clerk of the Dooly County Superior Court for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Patton and her siblings, James Dupree and Lura Dupree Kennedy.

Graveside services will be at 3 PM Sunday, March 9 in Pinehurst City Cemetery with Rev. Matt Stephens officiating.
The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Saturday, March 8 at the funeral home.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Vienna has charge of arrangements.
