After I read about Ms. Mindy's recent death after just 33 way too short years of precious life, I wanted to express my feelings of sympathy for you, Michael, Jorden and the Preston family and friends. I know Ms. Mindy has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief because he cares for you very much.. Most of us have seen this enemy death claim the lives of people dear to us. But Jehovah God promises to destroy this enemy, death, once and for all. Rev. 21: 4; tells us: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." (Isaiah 25: 8, 1 Corinthians 15: 26) Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. I know it will do the same for you. John 17:3 God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection (John 5: 28, John 6: 40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15, Job 14:14-15) I offer my sincere condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss, and I can only imagine how much grief you are experiencing to lose such a young person in death. We were never created to live such short lives. That is why the Almighty God will soon put an end to the last enemy, death (1 Corinthians 15:26). His will is for humans to be able to live forever, so that no one will have to feel the grief that death brings (Romans 6:23). In the future paradise, God's servants will have perfect bodies and "No resident will say, I am sick" (Isaiah 33:24). I hope you found comfort in these words.
