Frances N. "Tannie" Crook, age 74, of 1518 East 20th Avenue, Cordele, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.
Born in Vienna, she was the daughter of the late James Bennett Nutt and Ruby Holley Nutt. Tannie was especially gifted at showing God's love to people of all ages and races and from all walks of life. She spent the early part of her adult life passionately serving the kids of her church and community and the latter part, serving senior adults and shut-ins just the same.
Her life was a living example of the truths and promises of God's word which she genuinely believed, articulately taught and faithfully followed.
