Losing a loved one in death is a terrible tragedy to suffer. Your loved one lived what many consider to be a long life. However, to God, it was not long enough. God purposed for humans to live forever, so no one would have to experience the grief that death brings (Romans 6:23). God will act soon to put an end to the last enemy, death (1 Corinthians 15:26). Elaine and family
So sorry to hear about Uncle John W's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I enjoyed my visit with him earlier this year at Aunt Brenda's for the Fraser sibling Christmas gathering. He always amazed me with his tenacious grit for independence in his older years. One of the most beautiful love stories I ever witnessed was his love and care for Aunt Ilene during her last years. What a wonderful example of a true "Southern gentleman". He was always kind and considerate. and I know each of you will miss him as we will also. Mama sends her love and wishes she could be there but she is not able to make the trip at this time. We love you and hope to see you soon. Love, Brenda Gail and Mark

Elaine and family,
Mr. John W was a sweet man and one of my favorite people. We have been so blessed to have him for such a long time. I always enjoyed seeing him at HBC and giving him a big hug. My fondest memories are growing up and our two families spending many Saturday nights visiting together before either one of us had TV. He and daddy have always been the best of friends. He will certainly be missed, but now, he is back with Miss Ilene.

We send our prayers and love,
Mary Catherine, Jim and Ian
Miss Frances and Mr. Junior
