Betty Hayes, age 62, of 2130 Plum Lane, Austell, died Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Wellstar-Cobb Hospital in Austell.

Born in Carrollton, she was the daughter of the late James O. Hayes and Norene May Hayes.  Mrs. Hayes worked as a care-giver at Latulippe Personal Care Home in Austell.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Graveside services will be at 3 PM Sunday, May 7 in Harmony-Smyrna Cemetery with Pastor Daron Gray officiating.
